Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns by developing key visuals, coordinating with agencies, and creating content for digital platforms, including social media, EDMs, and blogs.
• Assist in organizing and promoting outreach events, such as masterclasses, information sessions, and student engagement activities, to support student recruitment objectives.
• Screen and qualify prospective applicants to support the recruitment and selection process.
• Provide administrative support for admissions, including verifying applicant information, managing admissions and scholarship records, and coordinating pre-arrival and onboarding briefings.
• Manage post-admissions processes, including student data entry into University systems, preparation of student pass applications, and coordination of student records with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and follow up on student documentation and application requirements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of administrative processes.
• Respond to student enquiries on admissions and arrival matters, and coordinate the verification and management of physical documentation.

Key Competencies and Qualifications Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in visual design is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
• Experience with Photoshop, Indesign and Adobe illustrator software are required
• Familiar with media channels, content marketing, and social media marketing
• Experience in event execution and management
• Attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects concurrently
• Strong oral and written communication skills, and comfortable in presenting to internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
