Position : Temp Staff – Engagement and Partnerships Division(Service Excellence)

Location: College Road

Contract Period: 1 August 2026 – 1 August 2027

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
  • Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
  • (1-hour lunch break)

Salary: $18.50 per hour (Degree holders with no work experience)

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle enquiries and assess appeals from citizens regarding government schemes, ensuring fair and thorough evaluation of each case
  • Liaise with various public agencies to gather necessary information, coordinate responses, and address citizens’ needs effectively
  • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements that improve service delivery
  • Manage complex cases requiring detailed analysis and coordination across multiple stakeholders
  • Work on projects involving a new CRM system and AI, with a focus on data analysis and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) implementation
  • Conduct data analytics on quality service management queries from the public
  • Other administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in case management, customer service, or public sector administration, with exposure to citizen engagement and appeals processing
  • Experience in liaising with public agencies and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
  • Exposure to process improvement initiatives and system enhancement projects is an advantage
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • Adaptable and resourceful in handling different tasks and changing requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and willingness to learn and apply new skills
  • Basic knowledge of Python programming is preferred
  • Familiarity with regular expressions for text processing, pattern matching, or data extraction would be an advantage
  • Experience in reporting, data analysis, or presenting insights to stakeholders is an advantage
