• Working Hours: 6 days (Mon – Sat, 8.00am – 4.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + OT + Performance bonus (Quarterly)
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, troubleshoot, take apart, and create new plastic moulds.
• Attend mould testing and optimize the moulding process for consistent quality.
• Perform mould repair, maintenance, and troubleshoot moulding issues; keep records.
• Inspect all mould components and workpieces.
• Interpret engineering drawings and understand manufacturing processes and measurement.
• Assemble and debug new tools to ensure timely submission.
• Keep the work area and equipment clean.

• Diploma or NITEC in Precision Engineering or related fields.
• Experience in mould setting and tool design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience operating different types of moulding machines.
