The Job

• Process Trade Finance transactions including Import/Export financing, Letters of Credit and Standby Letters of Credit
• Ensure timely, accurate and compliant processing of transactions in accordance with SLA
• Review customer instructions and trade documents, and follow up on missing or unclear information before processing
• Perform sanctions screening, compliance checks and escalate suspicious transactions or operational risk issues when required
• Handle client enquiries and provide operational support on trade finance matters
• Monitor transaction progress, follow up on structured trade deals and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Liaise with business units and internal teams to ensure smooth end-to-end transaction processing
• Support process improvement initiatives, system enhancement projects, UAT testing and ad-hoc assignments
• Maintain proper filing, archival and record management
