Job Description & Requirements

We are supporting a well-established international commodities trading organisation on a Trade Operations hire. This role sits within the execution team and is responsible for end-to-end contract execution across physical trades, ensuring smooth shipment coordination, documentation, and financial settlement.

What you will be doing

• Manage full trade lifecycle of contracts
• Handle end to end shipment
• Handle contract splitting and shipment planning across various origins
• Coordinate nominations, logistics, and shipping documentation
• Ensure timely invoicing and payment processing
• Manage claims and settlements (e.g. laytime, pricing adjustments)
• Liaise closely with traders, logistics, finance, and external counterparties
• Ensure all trades are executed within internal risk parameters
