Key Responsibilities
- Inspect/test components and products against specifications, drawings and QC checklists
- Document inspection results and update records in SAP
- Conduct inspection of supplier FAI (First Article Inspection) samples
- Raise Quality Notifications in SAP for non-conforming products
- Support documentation and administrative tasks, including DHR collation
- Ensure all inspection activities comply with quality requirements
Job Requirements
- Minimum Secondary School qualification or equivalent
- Manufacturing experience preferred, ideally 2 years or more
- Experience inspecting mechanical, electrical or PCBA components using engineering drawings/specifications
- Comfortable using inspection tools such as vernier caliper, micrometer, smartscope, pipette, microscope or eye loupe
- Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is an advantage
- Laboratory experience is an advantage
- Detail-oriented with good documentation and record-keeping skills
