Prepare and dispense prescription medications accurately in accordance with physicians’ instructions, ensuring correct drug, dosage, and formulation
Review prescriptions for legality, clinical appropriateness, and accuracy of dosage
Screen for patient allergies and potential drug interactions to ensure safe medication use
Provide patient counselling on medication usage, including dosage instructions, potential side effects, and proper storage
