Contract
Carry out assembly, basic soldering, testing, and packing according to standard instructions.
Meet daily production output and quality requirements.
Support supervisors and team leads in day-to-day production activities.
Prepare and kit materials to ensure smooth production flow.
Identify issues and suggest practical improvements to processes or workflow.
Maintain good housekeeping and workplace organization.
Follow company procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Work collaboratively with team members to support operational needs.
NITEC / Higher NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related fields, with at least 3 years of experience.
Relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Basic knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems.
Detail-oriented with a careful and responsible working attitude.
Able to perform simple troubleshooting and follow instructions accurately.
Comfortable using basic computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience in regulated or structured manufacturing environments is an advantage.
