• Establish and review all registration, admission, financial counselling, billing & payment processes

• Prepare duty roster to ensure adequate coverage of all service centres

• Manage team members' performance and perform appraisal.

• Run roll calls and staff briefings.

• Manage the staff roster.

• Manage, track and review Key Performance Indicators

• Assist in continuous improvement projects.

• Work closely with all stakeholders

• Participate in committees as assigned.

• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder.
