We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Location: Changi (Onsite)
Salary: Up to $6,500/month
Contract Duration: 1 Year (Renewable)
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Transport Provided: Company transport pick-ups at Tampines, Punggol, Yishun and Sembawang

Job Responsibilities

• Support the setup and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment lines.

• Perform equipment qualification and validation activities, including Installation Qualification (IQ), Test Method Validation (TMV) and Operational Qualification (OQ).

• Develop and execute validation protocols, conduct testing and prepare technical reports.

• Optimise manufacturing processes using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency and product quality.

• Investigate manufacturing and compliance issues, including CAPA, non-conformances and audit findings.

• Support equipment troubleshooting, process improvements and manufacturing readiness.

• Prepare work instructions, technical documentation and training materials.

• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and external suppliers on validation projects.

• Support project planning, risk assessments and technician coordination.

• Perform other engineering duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a relevant scientific discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant engineering experience preferred for this position.

• Hands-on experience setting up new manufacturing equipment lines and performing equipment validation is essential.

• Experience in equipment qualification, IQ, OQ, TMV or process validation.

• Strong technical documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Experience in medical devices or other regulated manufacturing environments would be advantageous.

• PLC knowledge, equipment troubleshooting and ability to interpret pneumatic diagrams would be advantageous.

• Familiarity with MES, CAD, MS Project or statistical analysis tools would be beneficial.
