Vice President / Senior Vice President – Corporate Treasury Sales

A well-capitalized Asian international bank with a strong regional corporate banking franchise is looking to expand its Corporate Treasury Sales team in Singapore.

The bank supports a diversified client base across corporates, financial institutions, asset managers and family offices, providing treasury solutions across foreign exchange, interest rate hedging, and structured investment products.

As part of its continued growth in Singapore, the bank is seeking an experienced Treasury Sales professional to partner closely with corporate banking coverage teams to deepen client relationships and expand treasury product penetration.

The Opportunity

This is a front-office client advisory role where you will work closely with Relationship Managers and trading desks to provide hedging and investment solutions to corporate and institutional clients.

The role will focus primarily on foreign exchange solutions, while also supporting broader treasury advisory across interest rate derivatives and structured investment products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with corporate banking teams to develop treasury product opportunities with corporate and institutional clients
  • Advise clients on FX hedging strategies, market positioning, and treasury solutions
  • Drive revenue growth through FX flow generation and treasury product penetration
  • Identify and onboard new clients with treasury hedging and investment needs
  • Provide regular market insights, FX updates, and product ideas to clients
  • Work closely with trading, risk and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction execution
  • Maintain strong compliance and regulatory standards in all client engagements

Ideal Profile

  • 10–15 years of experience in Treasury Sales, FX Sales, or Corporate Treasury Advisory within a bank
  • Strong knowledge of FX products including Spot, Forwards, and NDFs, with familiarity in interest rate derivatives and structured investments
  • Established client relationships across corporates, asset managers, family offices or financial institutions
  • Proven ability to generate stable FX flow revenue and grow treasury wallet share
  • Strong client engagement and solution-driven advisory skills
  • Relevant financial markets licensing or willingness to obtain them
