Job Responsibilities

Hands-on development of a modern FX Algo E-Trading system using Java, with a focus on low-latency and high-throughput performance.
Optional involvement in front-end development using JavaScript for internal tools and dashboards.
Conduct peer-to-peer code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance.
Write and maintain automated unit tests to support continuous integration and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quant, DevOps, and Product to deliver robust trading solutions.
Participate in system design and architecture discussions, contributing innovative ideas and solutions.

Job Requirements

Experience in Java development of multi-threaded real-time systems
Preferred industrial experience dedicated to FX front office technology (market making, risk management, liquidity aggregation, algorithmic trading, high frequency trading)
Strong practical coding skills and logical reasoning
Experience in development work in a team-based environment to deliver live production
