Job Scope

• Assist passengers and visitors with enquiries and wayfinding

• Share flight information and recommend airport dining & retail options

• Respond to enquiries via calls, emails, chatbot, and social media

• Handle on-site incidents and medical emergencies professionally

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N Level with 1 year of customer service or frontline experience preferred

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Service-oriented and able to remain calm under pressure
