🕘 Work Hour: 5 days Mon – Fri 7.15am – 4pm

💰 Salary: Basic up to $2,200 + $200 transport allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus up to 4.5 months

Job Description

• Process paperwork and documentation for warehouse operations
• Enter and update data in computer systems
• Assist with receiving and checking incoming goods
• Handle filing, photocopying and mail distribution
• Verify orders and obtain management approvals for purchases
• Coordinate with transport companies for collections and deliveries
• Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding shipments
• Support inventory management and stock retrieval activities
• Ensure warehouse operations meet health and safety standards
• Control and manage PPE inventory

Requirements

• Minimum Secondary 4 education
• Valid forklift license required
• At least 1 year warehouse operations experience
• Willing to work additional hours when needed
