✨ What you'll do:

• Listen to clients and understand their hair & scalp concerns
• Recommend the best treatments, products & packages for them
• Build great relationships so clients keep coming back
• Help with basic hair washing & treatment prep
• Follow up with clients after their visit
• Smash individual & team sales targets together

✅ What we're looking for:

• Min N/O Level
• Sales-confident — with a personal best of at least $50k/month
• Comfortable helping wash hair when needed
• Friendly, chatty, and loves connecting with people
