- · Prepare cost estimates andtender submissions for building and construction projects
- · Review tender drawings,specifications, bills of quantities, and contract documents
- · Perform quantitytake-offs, cost analysis, and pricing evaluations
- · Source, evaluate, andcompare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
- · Prepare tender costingsheets, commercial proposals, and cost build-ups
- · Identify discrepancies intender documents and raise clarification queries when required
- Requirements:
- · Diploma or Degree inQuantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline
- · Minimum 5 years ofrelevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Tendering, or Pre-Contract functions
