Govt ComLink+ Operations Branch

Location: Thomson Area (Near Caldecott MRT)

Period: 1 Year

Salary: $3340/Mth

Job Description:

1. Support the team by consolidating and preparing various management reports (e.g. Progress Update on ComLink+ Progress Packages).
2. Support the team with data reporting/churning for various reporting and ComLink+ operations.
3. Develop and/or maintain comprehensive guides for data retrieval processes, ensuring consistent methodology.
4. Provide admin and coordination support for ComLink+ and ComLink+ Progress Packages implementation.
5. Perform any other duties required by the organisation.

Requirements:

• Prefer candidates with prior public service and/or admin/office working experience
• Preferred candidates with IT degree/ candidates who have experience in Python
• Self-driven and able to multi-task
• Able to process and structure large amounts of information
