Job Responsibilities

• Lead fragrance evaluation and creative development across Personal Wash, Personal Care, Hair Care and Fine Fragrance categories.
• Drive fragrance selection and development aligned with consumer needs, brand direction and regional market trends.
• Collaborate with Perfumers, Marketing, Consumer Insights and R&D teams on fragrance projects.
• Develop innovative fragrance concepts and identify emerging olfactive and sensory trends across SEA markets.
• Lead strategic customer projects, proactive pitches and fragrance development initiatives.
• Build strong customer relationships and translate brand and consumer needs into fragrance solutions.
• Identify business opportunities and develop the regional innovation pipeline.
• Lead, coach and develop the fragrance evaluation team across multiple categories.
• Promote knowledge sharing, collaboration and best practices across regional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Perfumery, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science or a related field.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in fragrance evaluation and/or creation.
• Strong experience in Personal Wash, Personal Care, Hair Care and/or Fine Fragrance.
• Proven experience in team leadership, customer management and business development.
• Strong knowledge of fragrance evaluation, consumer preferences and SEA market trends.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Strong strategic thinking, commercial awareness and creative skills.
• Customer-focused with strong leadership and team development capabilities.
