Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the fragrance library, including fragrance samples and records.
• Evaluate fragrances for projects, product applications, stability and new product launches.
• Support fragrance projects and timelines in collaboration with Senior Evaluators and Perfumers.
• Develop suitable olfactive strategies and provide evaluation feedback and recommendations.
• Work with Perfumers, Evaluators and cross-functional teams on fragrance development.
• Support sensory panel evaluations and customer presentations when required.
• Monitor fragrance market trends, product launches and consumer preferences across Asia Pacific.
• Assist with consumer test result analysis and market research activities.
• Maintain accurate project records and complete assigned tasks on time.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Perfumery, Chemistry or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of fragrance evaluation experience across different fragrance categories.
• Experience in fragrance development projects and client-facing activities.
• Strong interest and passion for fragrances and sensory evaluation.
• Good knowledge of fragrance raw materials, sensory evaluation techniques and fragrance trends.
• Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• Independent, responsible and able to work well in a team.
• Comfortable working with Perfumers, Evaluators, customers and cross-functional teams.
