Quality Control Test Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Perform quality control testing for control boards, Bond Head and machine functional testing.
• Conduct machine buy-off, test calibration, ESD testing, heater validation and temperature tuning.
• Handle RMA, failure analysis and investigate quality issues on control boards, PCBA, motors and electronic parts.
• Support new machine, new parts and new feature transfers from R&D to production.
• Prepare and maintain test procedures, work instructions, QC checklists and test specifications.
• Analyse test results and field feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct internal/external audits and prepare QC reports, 8D reports, failure analysis and evaluation reports.
• Drive continuous improvement of testing processes, quality standards and manufacturing procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Certified ISO Internal Auditor.
• Semiconductor manufacturing experience is required.
• Good knowledge of control systems, computer hardware, logic gates and semiconductor testing.
• Hands-on experience with ESD testing, oscilloscopes, digital testers and related test equipment.
• Experience with semiconductor equipment; die bonder experience is an added advantage.
• Able to perform failure analysis and support quality improvement activities.
