Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of payment documents before deadline.
- Export and upload data by using ERP system and SAP system.
- Liaise with purchaser/ supplier for checking the accuracy of documents with data of purchase order.
- Checking and print purchasing documentation for costing team according to schedule.
- Perform data entry.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
