Account Solutions Specialist (up to $4,500/ East/ Permanent Role)

Job Summary
We're looking for an Account Solutions Specialist to build strong customer relationships, understand business needs, and deliver technology solutions that create value. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll support solution development, customer engagements, and account growth while developing your expertise in solution consulting and account management.

Responsibility:

  • Manage and develop relationships with assigned customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products, services, and technology solutions.
  • Conduct customer meetings, solution presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and Proof-of-Concept (POC) activities.
  • Identify opportunities to grow customer accounts through consultative solution selling and value-added services.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, tender submissions, and presentation materials.
  • Collaborate with Product Support, Engineering, IT Operations, Finance, and Project teams to deliver customer solutions.
  • Support project handover, contract renewals, account expansion, and post-implementation follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate equipment rental activities, including enquiries, quotations, deployment, returns, and related administration.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer engagements, opportunities, quotations, and sales activities.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and company solutions to better support customers.
  • Represent the company professionally at customer meetings, industry events, and technology showcases.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management in support of business objectives.


Requirement:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Account Management, Technical Sales, Pre-Sales, Solution Sales, Sales Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledge of Radio Communications, 4G/5G Networks, Enterprise ICT, or Command & Control Systems is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Customer-focused with a consultative and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Analytical, organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
