Job Summary

• Up to $4,500/month + AWS + VB
• Monday - Friday, 830AM - 530PM
• Central @ Kallang

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and review Accounts Payable (AP) activities, ensuring transactions are accurate and properly processed.
• Manage the month-end and period-end closing process, including preparation of journal entries and intercompany/recharge invoices.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports and financial statements for management review.
• Support the preparation, monitoring and tracking of department budgets and expenses.
• Prepare audit schedules, supporting documents and management reports as required.
• Handle GST and withholding tax submissions, ensuring timely and accurate compliance with statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents on audit, tax and compliance matters.
• Assist with corporate tax computations, filings and other tax compliance activities.
• Work closely with HQ Accounting and Tax teams on financial reporting, accounting and taxation matters.
• Ensure accounting activities are performed in accordance with company policies, accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Support process improvements and undertake ad-hoc accounting and finance projects assigned by the Supervisor.

Role Requirements

• Degree in Accounting / Finance or ACCA.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in full sets / month-end closing / tax compliance will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of GST and corporate tax compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
