Job Responsibilities

- Manage the full set of accounts, including accounts payable and receivable.

- Prepare monthly management reports, financial statements and cash flow reports.

- Oversee invoicing, payment collection, bank reconciliation and GST submissions.

- Monitor company expenses, budgets and financial performance.

- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents and relevant authorities.

- Ensure accurate accounting records and compliance with Singapore accounting and tax requirements.

- Support management in financial planning and business decisions.

Job Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related field.

- Relevant accounting experience; managerial experience is preferred.

- Knowledge of Singapore GST, tax and accounting practices.

- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
