💼 Key Responsibilities

• Access Ariba VIMS to review supplier-submitted invoices and supporting documents.

• Verify invoice details against the information entered into the supplier’s system, including PHI, vendor name, invoice number, invoice date and invoice amount.

• Ensure all required supporting documents, such as acknowledged Delivery Orders (DOs) or other proof of delivery, are attached and complete.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

✅ Requirements

• Minimum GCE N/O Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Accountancy and any relevant fields.

• Meticulous and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify discrepancies and check information accurately.

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems and finance processes.
