Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily office administration, correspondence, filing, and vendor coordination. Schedule meetings, manage worker site schedules, and courier services.
  • Provide support to management and staff, including submission of safety documents.
  • Prepare invoices, quotations, purchase orders, payment vouchers, manage Accounts Receivable/Payable, bank reconciliations, petty cash, and assist with GST, monthly reporting, and year-end audits.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate with clients regarding orders.
  • Manage employee records, recruitment, onboarding, employment contracts, leave, attendance, and payroll administration.
  • Apply, renew, cancel, and manage Work Passes, liaise with government agencies, and coordinate staff insurance, medical claims, and employee benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.

  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in administration, accounts, and HR, preferably in an SME.
  • Experience managing Work Pass applications and knowledge of Singapore employment regulations.
  • Experience with accounting software is preferred.
