Job Title: Air & Sea Freight Executive (Multiple Roles Available)
Location: Singapore
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Roles

We are hiring for multiple freight forwarding positions across two established logistics companies in Singapore. These roles focus on airfreight and seafreight operations – import, export, and customer coordination.

If you have experience in either air or sea freight (or both), we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Airfreight Responsibilities:

• Coordinate air export and import shipments from booking to delivery

• Prepare and process AWB, master air waybills, and shipping documents

• Liaise with airlines, co-loaders, cargo agents, and customers

• Ensure compliance with IATA regulations and customs requirements

• Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers and overseas agents

Seafreight Responsibilities:

• Coordinate sea export and import shipments (FCL / LCL)

• Prepare and process Bill of Lading, shipping permits, and trade documents

• Liaise with shipping lines, co-loaders, hauliers, and customers

• Ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations

• Track vessel schedules and cargo movements

Shared Responsibilities (Both Roles):

• Prepare quotations and respond to customer inquiries

• Resolve operational issues and shipment discrepancies

• Maintain accurate records in freight forwarding systems

• Work closely with sales, operations, and finance teams

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

• 1–4 years of experience in airfreight or seafreight operations (freight forwarding environment)

• Knowledge of shipping documentation, permits, and trade regulations

• Familiar with cargo-wise or similar freight forwarding systems

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
