Responsibilities & Duties

●Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents to community

●Share Centre's vision and recommend suitable programs for students

●Support customer success initiatives like special programmes or competitions, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement

●Maintain customer relationships and build a strong community. Act as parents’ advocate and manage relationships with them

●Plan lead generation events with key partners like Parent Sharings, trial classes and make sure payment for classes are received

●Work with the teaching team to assess the students and follow up with parents for conversion

●Responsible for handling general administrative duties, e.g. sending out onboarding emails, data entry, sorting out data and research

●Ensure that all customer information is properly documented and updated in our CRM system

●Continue to track the progress of students and maintain relationships with parents

Requirement:

• No experience required as Traning will be provided!
• Polytechnic Diploma or Recognized Degree in any discipline
• Some educational background eg: Tutoring, learning centres, coaching a plus
• Good with children / teenagers; able to build a community with learners & parents
• Able to work on full weekends (Wed to Sun) 9am to 6pm (Public Holidays OFF
