🎬 Assistant Cinema Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily operations of the cinema
• Supervise and lead frontline staff to ensure smooth operations
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer feedback/issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and operational standards
• Handle scheduling, staff training, and performance monitoring
• Support sales initiatives and improve overall customer experience

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience (preferably in cinema, retail, or F&B)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Customer-focused with good problem-solving abilities
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

📍 Location: Island wide
