Assistant Manager

Job description

Position: Cinema Assistant Manager

  • Lead the cinema management team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
  • Providing guidance, coaching and mentoring to the cinema management teams
  • Handle customer enquiries and manage complaints professionally
  • Coordinate and support corporate events and group bookings
  • Identify and develop staff with potential for career progression
  • Guide, train, and supervise crew members
  • Participate in staff motivation
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and operational excellence

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
