Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Partnerships: Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with corporate partners, educational institutions, communities and strategic stakeholders.

• Lead & Relationship Management: Manage business leads, coordinate meetings, conduct follow-ups and maintain accurate CRM records to support partnership development.
• Marketing & Growth Initiatives: Support networking events, recruitment campaigns, branding activities and market research to identify potential growth opportunities.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with leadership on business expansion initiatives while leveraging AI and digital tools to enhance outreach, productivity and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification; fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in networking and building professional relationships.
• Proactive, resourceful and self-motivated, with an entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to learn.
• Good organisational and follow-up skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, AI tools, social media, events, marketing or business development will be an advantage.
