• Position Title: Business Development / Sales Executive (Construction)
• Working Location: West – Pioneer
• Working Hours: 5 days / Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm

Key Responsibilities

• Play a critical role in sales evaluation and portfolio management within the road construction and civil engineering sectors
• Conduct market research to identify and assess new sales opportunities
• Develop sales strategies in partnership with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
• Prepare sales quotations and support the full due-diligence process, ensuring all relevant factors are thoroughly evaluated
• Manage sales projects and collaborate closely with stakeholders to design effective sales structures
• Assess business opportunities by building sales models and performing valuation analyses
• Monitor and manage the performance of existing portfolio companies to ensure alignment with sales growth targets
• Collect, update, and analyse data; perform sales modelling; and track model accuracy by comparing projections with actual outcomes
• Work closely with project, operations, and finance teams to achieve shared sales goals
• Oversee timely and professional collection of customer payments, maintaining accurate and up-to-date transaction records
• Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, designers, and contractors to secure repeat business and referrals

• Min 2 years of working experience in the related field, preferred experience in Road construction, building, civil engineering, e-commence
