We are lookingfor a Business Development & Operations Executive who is energetic,proactive, hardworking, resourceful and comfortable wearing different hats.

Your mainresponsibility will be to help Mireia grow its customer base and generate newbusiness.

But because weare a growing company, this is not a role where you will only sit at a deskmaking sales calls.

There will bedays when you are meeting a hotel chef, days when you are preparing samples,days when you are helping with packaging, and days when you are representingMireia at a weekend roadshow.

Your MainResponsibilities

1. BusinessDevelopment & Sales

• Identify and approach new potential customers.
• Develop new business opportunities for Mireia.
• Contact hotels, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, retailers, distributors, corporate clients and other potential customers.
• Arrange and attend meetings with chefs, procurement teams, owners and decision-makers.
• Introduce Mireia and its products.
• Conduct product presentations and tastings.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations.
• Manage prospects from first contact through to first order.
• Develop existing accounts and encourage repeat business.
• Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Actively look for new markets, customers and partnership opportunities.
• Achieve agreed business-development and sales targets.

2. Client& Relationship Management

• Build genuine long-term relationships with customers.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-ups.
• Understand customer requirements and communicate them to the Mireia team.
• Coordinate samples, quotations, orders and customer requests.
• Ensure customer information and business opportunities are properly recorded in Mireia's systems.
• Represent Mireia professionally at all times.

3. Operations& Fulfilment

Because Mireia isa growing company, you will also be involved in day-to-day operations.

Depending onbusiness needs, responsibilities may include:

• Preparing customer orders.
• Packing vanilla beans and other Mireia products.
• Preparing samples and tasting sets.
• Labelling and checking products.
• Preparing packaging materials.
• Assisting with gift-box assembly.
• Checking stock and inventory.
• Organizing products and packaging materials.
• Preparing orders for collection or delivery.
• Assisting with simple quality-control checks.
• Keeping the workspace organized and clean.
• Supporting the team during busy periods.
• Helping coordinate deliveries and collections.
• Assisting with preparation for events and roadshows.

4. Events,Roadshows & Pop-Ups

Mireiaparticipates in food, hospitality, retail and other events.

• Collect and qualify potential leads.
• Set up and pack down event displays.
• Assist with stock and product preparation.
• Follow up with leads after events.

5. Marketing& Creative Support
