Responsibilities:
• Handle daily buying activities including PO processing, RFQs, supplier coordination and delivery tracking.
• Liaise with local and overseas suppliers on pricing, shipment schedules and procurement matters.
• Support procurement, logistics, and production planning to ensure smooth operations.
• Negotiate pricing, lead time, and payment terms to achieve cost savings and timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and prepare purchasing reports.
• Source and evaluate suppliers for components and materials.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field
• Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience in contract manufacturing or electronics-related industries
• Experience with cable, harness, electromechanical or electronic components preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Strong negotiation, communication and supplier management skills
• Detail-oriented and able to handle tasks accurately
