R&D Process Technologist (Food Manufacturing) 🚨

💰 Salary: $3,500 – $5,000 (depending on experience) + AWS + VB
🕒 Working arrangement: Office hours (Mon–Fri)
We are hiring an R&D Process Technologist to support product development and process improvement within a food manufacturing R&D environment.
đź’Ľ Key Responsibilities:
• Handle internal sample-making requests and perform standard laboratory tests
• Ensure accurate recording and consistency of test results
• Support development of new intermediate food products using in-house processing technologies
• Assist in innovative projects aligned with industry and customer requirements
• Independently design and conduct lab experiments to troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes
• Support sensory evaluation preparation and documentation of results
• Coordinate raw material sourcing with procurement teams
• Act as liaison between R&D and Production to support scale-up from lab to manufacturing
• Troubleshoot production and customer-related technical issues
• Maintain lab equipment, ensure proper housekeeping and servicing
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and quality standards
