Job Summary

Join OTTO Waste Systems as a Commercial Sales Associate to drive new business growth, manage customer accounts, and deliver innovative waste management solutions across the Asia Pacific region.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts to increase sales revenue
• Prospect potential customers through cold calling, networking, and site visits to generate qualified leads
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and tenders tailored to customer needs and project requirements
• Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to showcase solution benefits and features
• Follow up promptly on enquiries to convert leads into confirmed sales orders
• Deliver excellent after-sales support to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and customer satisfaction
• Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and CRM records to track sales activities and forecast results
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by executing effective sales strategies
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in environmental, waste management, cleaning industry, cleaning equipment, facilities management, or related sectors is preferred
• Class 3 driving licence preferred to facilitate customer visits and site engagements
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for preparing sales documents and presentations
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to influence and engage customers effectively
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset to drive sales performance
