🕒 Mon–Fri, Office Hours | Fully Onsite
💰 $3,500–$4,600/month

💼 Responsibilities
• Provide marketing and commercial support to the Sales & Marketing team
• Coordinate customer meetings, workshops, sales conferences and regional marketing/commercial events
• Handle event logistics including venues, catering and participant communications
• Support preparation of presentations, meeting materials, minutes and follow-up actions
• Assist with contract administration, documentation and approval workflows
• Maintain sales records, distribution lists and team databases
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, Marketing and other internal functions
• Support procurement, purchase requisitions and related system processes
• Assist with sales performance reports, dashboards and data collection
• Drive administrative and process improvements
• Provide calendar and meeting support to the Head of MED, SEA
• Process expense claims and travel-related documentation
• Coordinate business travel including flights, accommodation, visas and itineraries

• Min. diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related discipline
• Marketing support / commercial support experience preferred
• SAP, Concur and/or Salesforce experience highly advantageous
• Comfortable supporting a commercial and sales environment
