Duration: 1 yr contract
Salary: Up to $3K + 1 month completion bonus
Location: West
Job scope:
- * Provide support to the Manager and Team Lead in the review, development and implementation of policies, plans, processes and programmes.
- * Work with Institution HR Business Partners and staff in providing value-adding HR services and support.
- * Administer and execute HR functions and processes in relation to Onboarding and Offboarding.
- * Support and improve on-site experience for new hires and leavers through Onboarding and Offboarding stages.
- * Ensure the services are delivered in line with’ policies and comply to all relevant Legislation requirement.
- * Deliver the HR activities that meet the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) within HR Group Shared Services.
- * Ensure HR systems are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards.
Job Requirements:
- * Min. Diploma in Human Resource or any relevant field
- Min. some HR experience preferably in healthcare
