What You'll Be Doing:
• Serve as the main point of contact for workplace enquiries and daily support
• Conduct workplace inspections to ensure office spaces and meeting rooms are well maintained
• Coordinate workspace readiness, pantry supplies, lockers, and office facilities
• Support inventory management and workplace services
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and office events
• Assist with office tours and site initiatives
• Deliver an excellent workplace experience for employees and visitors
