Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Customer Service Executives to join our fashion retail team.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales by providing suitable product recommendations and advice based on customers' needs and preferences.
• Work towards achieving individual and store sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by providing customers with accurate product knowledge and recommendations.
• Proactively approach and engage customers in the store.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and provide appropriate assistance.
• Build positive relationships with customers through attentive and personalised service.
• Retrieve merchandise and stocks from the stockroom when required.
• Ensure merchandise is properly handled and presented.
• Maintain the general cleanliness, presentation and upkeep of the retail store.
• Support day-to-day retail store operations as required.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N-Level, O-Level, NITEC or equivalent qualification.
• No prior retail experience required; candidates without retail experience are welcome to apply.
• Passionate about customer service with an interest in the fashion retail industry.
• Customer-oriented and comfortable approaching and engaging customers.
• Sales-driven with good interpersonal skills.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Able to work effectively as part of a retail team.
• Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and Public Holidays.
• Able to work a 4 or 4.5-day schedule totalling 44 working hours per week, excluding meal breaks.
