• Support the Singapore sales team in managing customer orders, sales administration and post-sales coordination for instruments and equipment.
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate order information in SAP S/4HANA, while coordinating with Finance on billing and customer accounts.
• Coordinate equipment servicing, quotations, billing and customer communication, including arrangements for collection and delivery of serviced units.
• Oversee inventory, demo and loan equipment, as well as deliveries and collections, working closely with sales, warehouse and distribution teams.
• Provide administrative support for customer meetings, exhibitions and training activities, together with relevant reporting and documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales support or order processing in an instrument, equipment or technical product sales environment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly in sales order processing, inventory management or order fulfilment; Salesforce knowledge.
• Prior exposure to equipment servicing, logistics coordination, inventory management, customer deliveries or loan/demo units.
