Contractual role (opportunity to convert to a permanent role based on performance)

$2200 to $2500
Location: Kaki Bukit Ave, Singapore

Rotating Shift (Morning: 7am-4pm or Afternoon: 1:30pm-10:30pm), off 2 days per week or
Permanent Night Shift (10pm-7am), off 2 days per week (Night shift allowances $10 per night shift)

On the job training is provided. First month training conducted during office hours (8am-5pm).

Job Description

  • Liaise with customer on work programs and service activities
  • Liaise with the operation coordinators on work schedules, manpower allocation and scheduling
  • Answer and record all incoming requisition from customer
  • Disseminate work requests to operation teams
  • Updating of work orders and schedules
  • Prepare calls records summary including subcontractors work request
  • Ensuring tools and equipment are issued and returned in proper working condition
  • Data entry of records
  • Other duties as when assigned by Supervisors

Job Requirements

  • Minimum GCE O Level, NITEC or equivalent
  • Applicants with call center or customer service experience will have an added advantage.
  • Must be willing to work on shift schedules
