Responsibilities:
• Handle customer enquiries, quotations and shipment/transport requests.
• Coordinate local, import and export shipments including documentation.
• Liaise with customers and drivers to resolve delivery issues.
• Process invoices, PODs, billing documents and monitor returns.
• Maintain accurate records and data entry in systems.
• Manage calls, handle complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Support sales/marketing activities and build strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / ITE / Diploma
• At least 2 years’ experience in logistics or customer service
• Knowledge of import/export or sea/air freight
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to work under pressure
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and team player mindset
• Singaporean only need apply
