Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Wholesale Trade / Import & Export – Food Products
  • Position Title: Operations Admin Executive / Operations & Sales Administrative Executive
  • Working Location: Orchard
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon - Fri (9.30am to 6pm), Sat (9.30am - 1.30pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare invoices and Delivery Orders (DO).
  • Process customer orders and respond to enquiries via phone and email.
  • Track orders from placement to final delivery.
  • Handle import documents for air and sea freight shipments.
  • Update stock inventory records daily.
  • Assist with physical stock-take and inventory reconciliation.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales floor and daily operations.
  • Assist with the planning and preparation of company events.
  • Provide administrative support and reports to the Manager.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administration, data entry, logistics, or order processing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
