Overview

This Graduate Associate Programme in Wealth Management is designed to provide early-career professionals with exposure to investment advisory, portfolio management, and client relationship management. The role offers hands-on experience across both front-office and operational functions within a wealth management environment.

You will support senior team members while developing core skills in financial analysis, client advisory, and business development.
This programme provides exposure to investment management, client advisory, operations, and business development, offering a well-rounded foundation for a career in wealth management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in constructing and monitoring investment portfolios aligned with client objectives
  • Perform financial analysis, including modelling, valuation, and performance reviews
  • Support financial planning activities such as retirement, estate, and tax strategies
  • Review client portfolios and recommend adjustments based on market conditions and risk profiles
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, supporting ongoing engagement
  • Conduct market research, identify investment opportunities, and analyse competitors
  • Participate in client acquisition efforts and support sales initiatives
  • Prepare reports, maintain client records, and ensure proper documentation
  • Assist with operational tasks, including compliance and middle-office processes
  • Collaborate with team members to improve client service and business outcomes

Requirements

  • A degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Interest in financial markets, investments, and wealth management
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and understanding of compliance requirements
