- Design and execute lesson plans with age-appropriate materials
- Foster positive behaviors in the preschool centre
- Evaluate lesson plans and amend accordingly to the needs of the children
- Conduct observation and update parents on child's progression
- Provide a safe and welcoming environment for the children
- Adhere to HPB, ECDA and Centre SOP guidelines
- Build strong parent-teacher partnership with two-ways communication and involvement
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Higher NITEC in Early Childhood Care & Education or relevant, with LON
