You will provide support to the IT Department in overseeing the organization's information technology operations and other day-to-day tasks assigned by the IT Manager including activities and deliverables for IT projects and coordinating with vendors and staff.
Role and Responsibilities
Your key roles and responsibilities are:
Support the day-to-day operation of organisational systems such as the Donor & Volunteer Management System.
Manage projects on application development or infrastructure enhancements
Support cybersecurity and data protection activities, including implementation of IT security controls, basic monitoring, and compliance support.
- Microsoft 365 (e.g. user accounts, security monitoring, configuration and compliance monitoring, etc)
- Amazon Web Services (e.g. user provisioning, security configuration and monitoring, etc)
- Salesforce (e.g. user access control. Security monitoring, minor configuration changes, etc.)
Manage IT requirements for organisational events (e.g. Charities Week), including on-site IT and system readiness.
Support implementation, enhancements, and changes to existing and new IT applications.
Coordinate with IT vendors for routine support, issue resolution, and follow-up.
Provide helpdesk support and IT troubleshooting, including office IT setup and maintenance of computer, network, and server-related issues.
Perform any other IT-related duties as assigned by the IT Manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of relevant experience (fresh graduate are welcome) in any of the following:
- Microsoft 365
- Amazon Web Services
- Salesforce
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude and work independently with little guidance
Proven ability to work in a team and support a collaborative environment
Prior experience in the non-profit or social service sector is an advantage
