Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day facilities maintenance, repairs and service requests.
• Liaise with internal teams, contractors and service providers to ensure timely follow-up.
• Monitor and support basic building security and access systems.
• Attend to user and tenant maintenance requests and coordinate necessary actions.
• Maintain service records, documentation, and related administrative matters.
• Support general facilities operations and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services or a related discipline
• At least 1 year of relevant facilities management experiece preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good communication, coordination and time-management skills
• Responsible, organised and able to work well in a team.
