📍 Location: 3 bus stops from Tuas Crescent MRT
💰 Salary: $3,800/month + $350 fixed transport allowance
📅 Employment Type: Permanent
🕗 Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8.00am–5.15pm

💼 Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting

• Manage month-end closing and ensure timely submission of financial reports

• Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules and reconcile general ledger accounts

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and liaise with banks on banking transactions

• Prepare stock reports and other management reports as required

• Liaise with subsidiaries on financial matters

Tax & Audit

• Coordinate annual audits with external auditors, including preparation of IFRS reporting packages

• Liaise with tax agents on annual tax submissions and draft tax computations

• Prepare and submit GST returns

Corporate Administration

• Handle corporate secretarial matters

• Prepare ad-hoc reports and support other duties as assigned
