Finance Business Partner, FP&A & Financial Control (up to $7,500/ East/ Permanent Role)

Job Summary
We are seeking a Finance Business Partner– FP&A & Financial Control to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, treasury, and financial control activities. This role will partner closely with business leaders to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and drive business performance while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and Group policies.

Responsibility:

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
• Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with SFRS and Group policies.
• Analyze financial performance, identify key variances, and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Review project costing and business unit performance against corporate and financial objectives.
• Manage treasury activities, including cash flow forecasting, funding requirements, banking facilities, and foreign exchange exposure.
• Develop management reports, dashboards, KPIs, and executive presentations to support decision-making.
• Partner with business and operational teams on planning, performance management, and business initiatives.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders on audit, tax, and compliance matters.
• Support daily finance operations and strengthen financial controls and governance.
• Drive process improvements through automation and standardization of finance processes.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirement:

• ACCA / Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial control, corporate finance, or related finance functions are welcome to apply.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and business performance analysis.
• Proficient in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
